The aim of this study is to determine the views of pre-service Turkish teachers towards the skill of effective and aesthetic using of Turkish language. A case study design within qualitative research was adopted for this research. Typical case sampling within purposeful sampling methods was adopted in this study. From the western of Turkey 28 female and 19 male university students studying in fourth grade Turkish language teaching program participated to this research as research sampling in 2013-2014 semester. The data were collected in the last week of 2013-2014 spring semester of 2013-2014. A semi-structured interview form was adopted in this research as to determine the views of pre-service Turkish teachers towards the skill of effective and aesthetic using of Turkish language, and the observation in the courses of school experience. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis. It was clearly seen that pre-service Turkish teachers could not attach importance to the skill of effective and aesthetic using of Turkish language and gain enough this skill. They also mentioned that conventional teaching model had been pursued in the courses though the
