So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

İslâm dünyasının 16. yüzyıldan sonra ilmî çalışmalarda önceki yüzyıllardaki performansına göre bir yavaşlama ve duraklama içerisine girdiği birçok ilim adamı tarafından kabul edilmektedir. Bu yazıda ilimler tarihçisi Fuat Sezgin'in İslâm dünyasının duraklama sebepleri konusundaki düşüncelerine yer verilirken müslüman düşünürlerin klasik dönemdeki bilgi anlayışlarına da değinilmektedir. Ayrıca duraklama sebepleri üzerinde dururken Fernand Braudel'in izahlarıyla mukayese kurulmaktadır. Makalenin son kısmında ise Fuat Sezgin'in GAS gibi bazı eserlerinin tanıtımı ve diğer çalışmalarının künyeleri verilmektedir.
