That the certificate was and remains one of the most important means of proof, was standing, user-friendly efforts, as they have high, great and the rank in the Islamic Sharia. And the importance of the certificate as the most important evidence upon which the judges in their judgments, came this study to deal with the certificate research and discussion, in which the study pointed out the general framework, the certificate in terms of definition and legitimacy of components, conditions, the scope of evidence and testimony, and there have beencases that may be proven to testify, according to original, andthose that may be proven exception, as well as situations thatmay not be proven never to testify, was astatement the procedures followed in the testimony and evidenceand the statement of its own characteristics and the authority ofthe trial judge in the assessment of evidence and testimony.
