This study aims to determine problems existing at special education and bring forward solution proposals to these problems, in the direction of teachers prospects whom employed at Special Education Application Center and Special Education and Rehabilitation Centers. Within the scope of this study it has been interviewed with nine teachers graduated from different branches such as special education teaching, preschool teaching, primary teaching and some others. One of the qualitative research methods, “semi-structured interview form” was used to collect datas. Participants were asked fourteen questions about instruction process, physical environment and relations among students’ parents, administers and teachers.
