Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Elektronik Belge Yönetim Sisteminin (EBYS) kamuya sağlayacağı faydaları incelemektir. Bu amaçla çalışmada Elektronik Devlet (e-Devlet) kavramı açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sıkça karşılaşılan sorunlar ve sistemin geliştirilebilmesi için çözüm önerileri araştırılmıştır. EBYS’nin yaygınlaştırılması, donanım ve yazılımda altyapının sürekli güncellenmesi, kamu görevlilerine düzenli eğitim verilmesinin kamu hizmetlerinin sunumunda niteliği artıracağı sonucuna varılmıştır.
