The Ottoman State harbored minorities such as Bulgarians and Armenians and covered the economic, political, religious, and cultural lives of those minorities, and supported them spiritually and materially. However, minorities played along with the expansionist European countries against the Ottoman State. For all that, the Turkish population in Bulgaria underwent an assimilation process in their religious, political, economic and cultural lives. But the West, though they know the circumstances, did nothing but kept quiet and considered the religious togetherness instead of human rights. This study aims to present this double standard
