So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Black Sea is a region which has strategical importance in every era of history. Therefore, security perceptions in the region have always leaned to critical balances. New securtiy equation emerged after the Cold War, has also indicated its effect in Black Sea. Türkiye and Russian Federation (RF), powerful states of the region, have become allies by renewing their security policies on Black Sea. United States of America (USA) has been an opposing state against this alliance. The competition of USA and RF during the Cold War has been going on also in the new period but in terms of Türkiye, the sample of Black Sea means as determining a new and more indepent policy. This new “Ankara-based” policy may been evaluated as a successful lunge.
