Bu çalışma fıkıh usûlü ile mantık ilmi arasındaki ilişkinin genel çerçevesini ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir. Bu kapsamda önce iki disiplinin ilk karşılaşma süreci tespit edilecektir. Akabinde konunun tarihi seyri Gazzâlî merkezinde ortaya konulacaktır. Son olarak da bu iki disiplin arasındaki ilişkinin pratikte ne tür yansımalarının bulunduğu gösterilecektir.

This study aims to give an outline on the relationship between usûl al-Fiqh and logic. In this context, firstly the early encounter of the two disciplines will be examined. Later, the historical course of the subject will be evaluated focusing on Gazzâlî. Finally reflections of the relationship between these two disciplines on practice will be discussed.
