Abstract enThe ability in realizing the aims of schools is closely related to the staff of education who are basic input of education, and the physical possibilities which are sufficient in numbers and quantity. This investigation is brought up on a matter which is critizing the staff and the physical possibilities in the primary schools of Çanakkale and it is a survey method. The results which are taken from 36 primary schools are like these at this model. There are 179 primary schools in the city and more than half of them are in a transport system and they are qualified as a central school. The schools, which are situated at 502 locals are transfering to these schools. The numbers of the classroom and branch teachers are above on the Turkish average and 300 classroom teachers are found who are more than needed. The experts of education are extremely inadequate for this school. The average of the student which are divided into classes in the primary schools 12.65. Generally the establishment of the school are suitable regulations as well, the environment of 20 % schools have harmonies and sites which are unsuitable. More over this, the insufficient of green areas and regulations, which are helpful to the education, are another topics to be criticized. To reach the productivity in associations in primary schools, the problem in the number of classroom teachers have to be overcome and decisions have to be taken in physical regulations and in providing possibilities in lackments.
