So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract enThe purpouse of this article is handling leadership theories in organizations and examine whether situational leadership is applicable in school systems. Situational leadership theories put forward contents of each organization, person’s, century’s. Although leadership theories have changed till nowadays, it can be seen the thought of teaching leadership skills getting stronger. There are many behaviors that can be teach to leaders and some of them to principals and the article focuses on those behaviors.
