Abstract Özet: Yaygın kullanılan çok amaçlı doğrusal programlama yöntemlerinden biri olan hedef programlamanın amacı, hedeflerin olasıaz sapma ile başarılmaya çalışılmasıdır. Ancak hedeflerin belirsiz olduğu durumlarda hedef programlamanın yerine esneklik sağlayan bulanık hedef programlama kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada üretim planlama problemi hedef programlama ve bulanık hedef programlama yöntemleri ile çözülerek sonuçları karşılaştırılmıştır. Bulanık hedef programlama yöntemindeuygun üyelik fonksiyonunun belirlenebilmesi amacı ile doğrusal ve doğrusal olmayan üyelik fonksiyonları denenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlardan gerçek hayat koşullarında hedef programlamanın hedeflere konulacak sapmalar için kabul edilebilecek sınırlandırmaları getiremiyor olmasından dolayı üretim hedeflerini tam olarak sağlayamadığı, buna karşılık doğrusal bulanık hedef programlama yönteminin kabul edilebilir sınırlamalar getirebiliyor olmasından dolayı hedeflerin hepsini sağladığı görülmüştür. Abstract: The purpose of the goal programming, one of the widely used multi-objective programming, is trying to accomplish goals with a minimum deviation as possible. However, in cases where the goals are uncertain fuzzy goal programming is used instead of goal programming which is providing flexibility. In this study the production planning problem was solved by using goal programming and fuzzy goal programming methods and the results of them were compared. For fuzzy goal programming method determining the most appropriate membership function, linear and nonlinear membership functions were tested. From the obtained results it was seen that in real-life conditions because of goal programming can not bring acceptable limits for the deviations of goals it can not fully ensure production goals, whereas linear fuzzy goal programming method can bring acceptable limitations it provides all goals.
