So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract enIndividuals seek to opportunities to satisfy their personal needs and realize their own aims in organizational environment. Modern societies can only continue their existences with social organizations. Individuals act in organizations under the influence of some of their expectations and needs. One of the most strategic parts of a school which is accepted as a social system is teacher. The influence of teachers on human life has been stressed upon so far and evaluations directed to teachers have always been done so that the influence should be positive. The performances of teachers play a vital role in realization of the goals of a school. Two of the most important factors influencing teachers’ performance are job satisfaction and job stress. It is very important to know about factors affecting teachers’ job satisfaction and job stress levels in order to increase teachers’ performance at work. This research was done to find out compulsory school teachers’ job satisfaction, job stress levels and it was also researched whether there is a relation between their job satisfaction levels and their job stress levels, gender, age, seniority and educational level
