Abstract enPlato is a legendary philospher who lived between B.C 427-347. He began his effective auhorship at the age of 50 and passed away silently in a wedding at the age of 80. His impacts on philosophy are still available. Plato spent his early years under the effect of his distinguished teacher Socrates. Nevertheless, he ,in the next years, left Socratism dialogue having completed his maturation and developed his own-individual philosophy. His ideas which launced with state or republic dialogues on ‘ Government Administration’ are well-known. Plato, in this so-called work, stated his views about policy and ethics and they are rather difficult to seperate them from each other. In his-500 paged- work ‘Laws’ which he wrote during his old ages, Plato revised all his ideas. Yet, he mainly addressed the ideas in his famous work ‘’ Government’’. In his works Plato used interactive dialogue. Socrates is always the first lecturer and the others come next. Plato himself doesn’t involve in the speeches. This is the piece that reflects and simulates his poetic structure and enthusiasm. The chance of the ideal government project depends on the administrative class and its presence. However hard the ideal government is realised , it is not an impossible issue. In this point the administor is the philosopher in the position on the King. For the human happiness either philosophers should become the head of state or statesmen should learn the philosophy. On the other hand, morality appears when the philosopher stands by his mission and the other classes, spongers and employees devote to their tasks, which is a moral duty
