Özet:

Abstract enInternet phenomenon  has affected the health area as all the areas of the community. Today, internet is the leading source that ill people and their families search information and support. People can easily and directly get information about disease which they newly heard, owing to internet, can get consultation from experts online about their illnesses, and can read or watch their advices. If they want to, they may attend to on the online support groups that people who has the same disease  are getting together, they can find answers to their questions about their illnesses, can get help from other ill people and their relatives, where is a dence information exchange and helping each other and  that works with a emphathetic notion. These online platforms (especially founded by the  participants who has the same problems ) give the opportunity of sharing the physical, psychological and social problems and letting the participants help each other in solving these kind of problems. In this research, the answer is being seeked to the question ‘‘ In the Böbrekle Hayat Bulanlar facebook online support group; does the usage of the therapeutical factors of the group fulfill the participants’ physical, social and  psychological needs ?’’ The example group’s serving gradually as an online support group provides the solution to the needs of the participants that they couldn’t ensure from their living. The patients who go on living with a chronic  disease even though they have had the transplantation, could find the answer of the questions about the disease that affect their lives owing to the group and they get useful clues with the advices of the members who lived these problems and have found solutions. With the pre-evoluation made about this research that was made by the blog and forum analysis of the online group’s comments, the group’s theraeutical effects deeply observed thematically and the group’s functions are identificated. . The topics that are observed are: the risk of rejection, getting used to the drugs that have side effects, the regular control obligation, the risk of infection, the anxieties about the body image and the deteriaration of the patient’s life quality due to the physical, psychological and social obstacles.
