Abstract enIn Turkey, low employment rates seem to be an important problem that has to be solved. In this study, we examine the relation between organizational cynicism and voluntary turnover intentions in banking sector in which intense women employment exists. Besides, the effects of demographic varieties on these factors were analyzed. Data collected by survey method from 182 women bankers who work in different banks in Ordu, were analyzed. According to analysis, we identify a significant relationship between organizational cynicism and child number which is a demographic factor and grade in workplace; and between voluntary turnover intention and only the number of child. Also we identify a positive relationship between organizational cynicism and voluntary turnover intention. According to regression analyze, the organizational cynicism effect voluntary turnover intention %23,5 percent
