Abstract:

Abstract Bu çalışmada, kısa vadeli sermaye hareketlerinin iktisadi dalgalanmalar üzerindeki etkileri kuramsal olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Klasik iktisatçılar, sermaye hareketlerinin serbestleştirilmesinin istikrarlı bir ekonomik büyüme ortaya koyacağını savunmaktadır. Keynesyen ve Marksist iktisatçılara göre sermaye hareketliliği, ekonomileri krizlere karşı savunmasız hale getirirken, iktisadi dalgalanmaları şiddetlendirecek ve derinleştirecektir.
