Abstract:

Abstract fatigue is a syndrome that involves a person’s physical fatigue, long-lasting fatigue, disappointment and disappointment, negative attitudes towards his work, life and others, and a decrease in the individual sense of success. The causes of exhaust in the summer in the area concerned include factors such as working conditions, organizational culture, work safety, the work itself, role conflict, role uncertainty and work burden. In this study, the impact of workload and role uncertainty on employee exhaust levels was tried to be identified. The study includes 130 people working in the Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate (AFAD). The data of the study was collected through online surveys. The causality relationship between workload and role uncertainty and exhaust has been tried to be revealed by correlation and multiple regression analyses. According to the research findings, workload and role uncertainty have a significant impact on employees’ extinction levels. It has been revealed that a positive relationship between workload and role uncertainty and emotional exhaustion and sensitivity, and a negative relationship between role uncertainty and personal success.
