Abstract:

Abstract Sermaye birikimi ekonomik büyüme için önemlidir. Finansal gelişme sermaye birikimini artırarak ekonomik büyümeyi etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada 1960-2013 dönemi için Türkiye’de finansal gelişmenin ekonomik büyümeye etkileri incelenmiştir. Özel sektöre verilen krediler ve GSYH verileri Granger nedensellik testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre finansal gelişme ile ekonomik büyüme arasında çift yönlü nedensellik vardır.
