Abstract:

The expression why life passes faster as the title of a book (2012) belongs to author Douwe DRAAISMA. The writer was concerned about what the years of time took and took from human life, what it added to life, and asked these questions. While we are unable to remember our memories right in our nearest past, how can we clearly remember that our old memories were more yesterday? What is the impact of memory on time perception? These misconceptions sometimes take seconds and minutes while sometimes include days, sometimes years, sometimes long periods of human life. The essence of this study is to question the "sense of losing life" that we feel in the face of the flow of years as we age. But ageing is also a state of wisdom. Therefore, it must be done, not to keep the acceleration of time with age, but to remember our past experiences, and to keep the accounting of what we are still producing or not producing more meaningful for life.
