Abstract:

Abstract Teacher training has created a very important field in the historical process. But where, how and by whom teachers will be educated is always the subject of discussion. This is due to the fact that education creates a significant change and transformation power of the system, and that power-important element is the teacher. That is why teaching is a political issue. Although the teachers’ training policies in Turkey have more than a hundred years of experience, the teachers’ training model does not show a characteristic that provides continuity. In our country, different teachers have been taught in the process of teaching. One of these models is the pedagogical formation programs. Pedagogical training programs are sometimes removed from the system and sometimes re-applicated. In 2015, it is clear that the implementation continues to be intense. This research aims to reveal the perceptions of students studying in the Pedagogical Training Training Program of the University of Gaziosmanpaşa with the quality interview technique. The research is in the scan model because it aims to describe the existing one that is based on the quality method. The research technique was used. In this study, the examples of "maximum diversity" from the qualitative conversation patterns used in qualitative research were referred to. The research work group; in the 2014-2015 academic year, 29 students discussed in the framework of volunteering in the Pedagogical Training Programme, which was held within the Department of Education Sciences of the University of Gaziosmanpaşa. Participants who receive pedagogical training think that taking this training will make it easier to become a teacher and some participants find the training given sufficient and developing while others find the program insufficient and unnecessary.
