Abstract enWhile the societies have been developing economically, the concepts of art and artist has also become socialized. Artistic activities have been conducted not only for intelligentsia, also for a vast majority of public. In this process, artistic products has been industrialized and marketed. So, the public dimension of the art and the artist which have spread to social layers and been marked has been still a controversial topic. In this paper, the publicity problem of globalizing, industrializing and marketing artistic activities and the risk and importance of state contribution to art are argued
