So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Abstract Çalışmada 2008 finansal krizinin İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası üzerindeki etkileri simetrik GARCH modeli kullanılarak 05/02/2004-26/02/2010 dönemine ait veriler ile araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada küresel krizin İMKB üzerindeki etkilerini kapsamlı bir şekilde inceleyebilmek için 2004-2010 aralığında, İMKB Ulusal-100, İMKB Ulusal-30, ve İMKB Ulusal-Tüm endeksi olmak üzere üç farklı İMKB endeksine ait günlük getiri değerleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma bulgularına göre, 2007-2010 döneminde koşulsuz varyans değerlerinde ciddi bir artış söz konusudur ayrıca bu dönemde yaşanan volatilite şoklarının direncinde de önemli oranda artış gözlenmektedir. Yani bu dönemde piyasada yaşanan bir volatilite şokunun etkisi daha uzun süre hissedilecek, piyasaların normale dönmesi durağan döneme göre daha çok zaman alacaktır.
