So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

This study tries to reveal the relationship between the context of strategic human resources and talent management in the banking sector. For this purpose, one of the leader banks in the Turkish banking sector has been examined. As the tool of the research, case study method is chosen.
