So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Abstract enBusinesses have recently realized and begun to give importance to talent management. This study tries to reveal the relationship between the context of strategic human resources and talent management in the banking sector. For this purpose, one of the leader banks in the Turkish banking sector has been examined. As the tool of the research, case study method is chosen. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that the bank’s human resources and talent management practices have been positively affecting the operations of the bank
