Abstract enThe aim of this study is to identify the effect of the innovation performance and customer performance on the financial performance of medium sized enterprises. In this perspective, 88 medium sized manufacturing enterprises based in Düzce, were chosen as the population of the study. It was planned to collect the data of all enterprises in the population. Collecting the required data from 65 medium sized manufacturing enterprises which, were willing to participate in the survey, was implemented. According to the result of research, both innovation performance and customer performance have positive effects on the financial performance of the medium sized manufacturing enterprises. Besides, innovation performance has positive effect on the customer performance
