So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract enThe purpose of this study is to investigate managers’ thoughts about vocational training and trainee and to determine the problems of training and solutions in tourism businesses. This study is conducted in two parts. Firstly, a literature review that related to subject was conducted, and secondly data were collected by researchers in face-to-face interviews with 20 managers in Bodrum, Dalaman, Fethiye and Marmaris. As a result, the majority of tourism businesses managers (respondents) believed that vocational training and trainee was an important factor for tourism sector. And their responses suggested that they need the new regulations for vocational training in tourism sector
