Abstract:

Abstract fraud is to make sure a person is making a legal process that he would not do if he knew the real situation by creating wrong ideas in his mind. In the Roman law, fraud is considered both unfair and a cause of disability of will. Therefore, the person who has been exposed to the fraud has been recognized by various legal protections. In this context, the legal possibilities that the person exposed to fraud can take advantage of are the fraud defi (exceptio doli), the fraud case (actio doli / de dolo) and the old (in integrum restitutio). In the Roman law, trials are classified in various ways. In terms of goodness, dolus malus and dolus bonus are classified in two ways: dolus causam dance and dolus incidens.
