Abstract Bu çalışmada, kol ve ön kol çevre ölçüm değerleri ile sağ ve sol el kavrama kuvveti, uyluk ve baldır çevre ölçüm değerleri ile de dikey ve yatay sıçrama mesafesi arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya, aktif olarak spor yapan toplam 54 sporcu dahil edildi. Deneklere bazı antropometrik ölçümler uygulandı. Bununla birlikte deneklerin sağ ve sol el kavrama kuvvetleri ile yatay ve dikey sıçrama değerleri belirlendi. Veriler Normallik varsayımını sağladığı için değişkenlerin analizinde One- Way Anova testi kullanıldı. Farlılıkların hangi gruplar arasında olduğunu belirleyebilmek için Tukey çoklu karşılaştırma testinden yararlanıldı. Sonuç olarak, sağ ve sol el kavrama kuvvetlerinin, boy uzunluğu, vücut ağırlığı ve kol çevre ölçüm değerleri açısından p<0,01 düzeyinde anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edildi. Yatay ve dikey sıçrama mesafelerinin ise uyluk ve baldır çevre ölçümlerine göre anlamlı (p>0,05) farklılık göstermediği saptandı. Dikey ve yatay sıçrama mesafelerini artırmak için quadriceps ve hamstring kasların kuvvetini artırmaya yönelik eğitimler verilmelidir.

Abstract In this study, the aim is to study the relationship between the environmental measurement values of the arm and front arm and the right and left hand capture force, the environmental measurement values of the shell and the shell and the vertical and horizontal jumping distance. The study included a total of 54 athletes who actively participated in sports. An anthropometric measurement was applied. However, the right and left hand capture forces and the horizontal and vertical jump values were determined. As the data provided the Normality assumption, the one-way Anova test was used in the analysis of the variables. To determine which differences are between the groups, Tukey used a multi-comparation test. As a result, the right and left hand capture forces were found to make significant differences in p<0,01 levels in terms of size length, body weight and environmental measurement values. The horizontal and vertical jumping distances did not show a significant difference (p>0,05) according to the measurements of the hole and hole environment. Training should be given to increase the strength of quadriceps and hamstring muscles to increase the vertical and horizontal jumping distances.
