So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Abstract Bu çalışma insan hakları rejiminin yeni sömürgeci düzenin işleyişinde nasıl bir rol üstlendiğini göstermeye çalışmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, insan haklarının evrensellik iddiası ve bu iddianın nasıl üçüncü dünyayı Batı standartları üzerinden disipline ettiği çalışmanın temel konusudur. Söz konusu argümanı somutlaştırmak doğrultusunda ise ABD’nin Afganistan işgalinde genelde insan hakları özelde ise kadın hakları söyleminin nasıl devreye sokulduğuna yakından bakılacaktır.
