So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Abstract Geçmişi Şamanizm dönemi sağaltma pratiklerine kadar uzanan Uygur halk hekimliği, Uygur mutfak kültürü ile yakından ilişkili olup kişinin beslenme düzeni ve şeklinin esas alındığı “kuvvet nazariyesi” temelinde gelişmiştir. Bu amaçla  hastalıklardan korunmak ya da tedavi olmak için çeşitli macunlar, şuruplar, şerbetler ve çaylar hazırlanmakta ve bu yiyecekler “davayi ğiza” olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Çalışmamızda Uygur Türklerinin halk hekimliği uygulamalarında koruyucu ve tedavi edici işlevleriyle sıklıkla kullanılmakta olan çaylar tanıtılıp değerlendirilmeye çalışılmaktadır.
