Abstract enThe purpose of this study is to examine the effects of preschool teachers’ organizational trust schools ethical climate on their individual job performances. The scope of the study covers the preschool education institutions in Sakarya province. The data were collected from 135 preschool teachers in 19 institutions. After the exploratory factor analysis, data were analyzed by correlation analysis and separate regression models. It was found that the ethical climate has positive effects on trust to the manager, organizational trust and individual job performance. However, the ethical climate’s positive effect on trust to the manager and organizational trust is more powerful than its effect on individual job performance. A positive effect of trust to the manager on individual job performance was also detected. On the other hand, a meaningful relation between organizational trust and individual job performance could not be found
