Abstract:

The main reason for the appearance of the television is to show the remote lands. But after the invention, he gained artificial functions in a political and commercial perspective. The possibility of developing non-profit alternative media tools in the publishing sector, where today’s dominant media is concentrated around a few large companies, which attempts to break the existing hierarchical structure, is of great importance to ensure democratic participation. In this context, our work will be based on the Venezuelan Telesur example and explore ways to create an alternative media example in our country. The main appearance reason of television is to show the far distances. However as time elapsed after the invention of television, it has obtained some artificial functions politically and commercially. In the monopolistic media industry in order to provide the democratic partipication, the improvement of alternative non-profit media mediums and the mediums that break the hierarchical structure has a great importance. In this context our study will try to develop an alternative media sample by considering the "Venezuela Telesur" example.
