At the present days most of the establishments try to reach potential and actual customers by the way of social networking. One of the establishment that use social networks as a marketing tool is accommodation establishments. The purpose of this study is to determine accommodation establishments’ social sharing page members needs and state relationship between members characteristic and needs. This study has carried out on the accommodation establishments’ page members in Facebook, one of the most widely used social networks in the world. At the end of the study ıt’s determined that members has being a member of that groups for the purpose of get information from other members, communication and communicate with others and in direction of these results, recommendations to accommodation establishments about meet the needs of the members.
