Determining coming tourist profile, coming reasons, problems during the visits and satisfactions levels is extremely important for effectiveness of marketing activities. This research; in this framework, an investigation was mad efor determining to coming tourist profile, coming reasons, problems during their visits and satisfaction levels. Questionnaire used in this study was developed by surveying literature. Then, after the research, 746 usable questionnaires were collected by using simple random method. The result of the analysis indicated that coming to tourist to Şanlıurfa more than half married and men, nearly half young and at least a bachelors’ degree. Two-thirds of tourists is first coming and nearly half of them is one night stayed and spend approximately less 750 TL. While domestic tourist coming reasons is awareness, cultural and transportation easiness; Their problems in Şanlıurfa is infrastructure, insufficient service, touristic product problems.
