So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between perceived destructive leadership and burnout in the banking sector. Convenience sampling that is among the non-random sampling methods has been preferred to obtain data in this study and SPSS 13 and Lisrel 8.51 software packages have been used for data analysis. A total of 134 public and private sector bank employees were included in the study. According to research findings, from sub-dimensions of destructive leadership; authoritarian leadership and inadequate leadership skills have been found to positively affect positively the reduction in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment, which are sub-dimensions of burnout.
