Bu çalışma Türkiye’de grev sayısının belirleyenlerini 1984-2015 dönemi için Sayma Veri yöntemleri kullanarak incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Grev sayısının belirleyicileri olarak çalışan başına gelirdeki değişim, sendikalaşma oranı, iktisadi oynaklık ve hoşnutsuzluk endeksi gibi ekonomik ve sosyal durumu yansıtan değişkenler kullanılmıştır. Uygulamalı analiz sonuçları, grev sayısı üzerinde Sendikalaşma Oranının negatif, İktisadi Hoşnutsuzluk Endeksinin ise pozitif bir etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir
This study aims to investigate the determiners of the number of strikes in Turkey using the calculation data methods for the period 1984-2015. As the determiners of the number of strikes, variables used to reflect the economic and social situation, such as the change in income per employee, the rate of unification, the economic play and the indice of dissatisfaction. Applied analysis results show that the trade union rate has a negative impact on the number of strikes, while the economic insatisfaction index has a positive impact.
