So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada imalat sanayi firmalarında kurumsal yönetim uygulamalarının firma performansına etkileri, gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerdeki firmalar aracılığıyla incelenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda, firmada ikilik uygulaması ile yönetim kurulu büyüklüğündeki artışın performans üzerinde negatif etki yaptığı saptanmıştır. Diğer yandan, firma performansının, firma büyüklüğü ile varlıkların etkin kullanımındaki artıştan olumlu yönde etkilendiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır
