World history has captured the 19th century as an Imperialist Age. Following the industrial revolution, containing Africa had great importance for European Countries, mainly for England, France and Belgium. France took its share on Tunisia, Algeria and Northern Africa at the West extension with critical regions. Many French colonies have been brought to this region along with missionaries between 1830 and 1860 while a common life with French impact has been the main intention. Local community was tried to be transformed by the missionary activities in the extension of Christianization and adaptation of the French culture. Charles De Faucould, a geographer, a soldier and a priest who worked in Middle East and North Africa for many years, sent out a letter to the French Science Academy in year 1907. The letter was about the opportunities on cultural and identificational transformation for the Algerian community. This letter has significant importance on how the missionaries should be advised regarding to the activities in their cultural pool.
