Teknoloji doğru ve amaca uygun bir şekilde kullanıldığında okul öncesi çocuklarının gelişim alanlarına ve başarısına olumlu yönde bir etkisinin olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu bağlamda okul öncesi eğitimde teknolojinin kullanılıyor olmasından daha çok hangi amaçlar doğrultusunda kullanıldığı ve okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin teknolojiyi ne olarak gördüğü önemlidir. Yapılan araştırmanın amacı, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin teknolojiye bakış açılarını, teknolojiyi kullanma durumlarını, teknolojiyi hangi amaç doğrultusunda kullandıklarını saptamak ve özel anaokulu, bağımsız anaokulu ve ilkokul bünyesinde bulunan anasınıfının sağladığı olanaklar arasında herhangi bir farklılık olup olmadığını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında bağımsız anaokulunda görev yapan 2 okul öncesi öğretmeni, özel okulda görev yapan 2 okul öncesi öğretmeni ve anasınıfında görev yapan 2 okul öncesi öğretmeni olmak üzere toplamda 6 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan 10 adet yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme sorusu ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler ile araştırmacı ve bir uzman tarafından temalar ve kodlar oluşturulmuştur. İki kodlayıcı arasında %83 uyum görülmüştür. Yapılan araştırma neticesinde, idareciler tarafından teknolojik araç gereç önerme ve öğretmen bilinçlendirmesi yapma konusunda sadece özel okulların farklılık gösterdiği diğer konularda ise herhangi bir farklılık bulunmadığı saptanmıştır. Okul öncesi dönemde teknoloji kullanımının okul olanakları ve öğretmen yeterlilik düzeylerine göre değişim gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
It is known that when technology is used properly and properly, it has a positive impact on the fields of development and success of pre-school children. In this context, it is more important for what purpose the technology is used in pre-school education than for what purpose it is used and what pre-school teachers see the technology as. The purpose of the research is to identify the views of pre-school teachers on technology, the conditions of using technology, the purpose for which they use the technology, and to find out whether there is any difference between the possibilities provided by the maternity in the private parental, independent parental and primary school. The study’s work group consists of a total of 6 pre-school teachers, including 2 pre-school teachers working in the independent kindergarten in the 2016-2017 educational year, 2 pre-school teachers working in the private school and 2 pre-school teachers working in the maternity school. The data was collected with 10 semi-configured interview questions prepared by the researcher. Themes and codes are created by the researcher and a specialist with the obtained data. 83% of the coders are compatible. According to the research, there is no difference between the management of technical tools and the teaching awareness of the teachers only in other matters where private schools show differences. In the pre-school period, the use of technology has been achieved as a result of changes according to school capabilities and teachers' qualification levels.
