So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Civilian non-institutional population of working age has been rising at last decade in Turkey which has a young population. Economic transformation in Turkey has effected the basic labour force indicators associated with this rising. This change in labour force indicators Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu, Aktüerya ve Fon Yönetimi Daire Başkanlığı, Sosyal Güvenlik Uzman Yardımcısı, [email protected] the structral problems of labour market as well. In this study, it has been examined how basic labour force indicators changing at last decade and tried to determine structral problems of labour market. Furthermore relation between variables is studied. It has been investigated relation between educational level and informality, employment rate and employed industry by correlation analysis. Result of this analysis showed that a negative and strong relation between educational level and informality while positive and strong relation between educational level and employment rate. Also it has been examined relation between age and unemployment rate and found negative relation. Besides that, this study aims to examine the employment structure in Turkey and offer suggestions about both problems of labour market and employment for policy implementer
