Bu çalışmanın amacı Türk Sineması’nda dış göçün sembol isimlerinden birisi haline gelen Gurbetçi Şaban filmini kayıt dışı istihdam ekseninde analiz etmektir. Filmin analizinde herhangi bir problemin tespitinde ve probleme yönelik çözüm önerilerinin sunulmasında bir yöntem olarak kullanılan balık kılçığı tekniği kullanılmıştır. II. Dünya Savaşı sonrası kalkınma hızını arttırmak ve sanayileşme serüvenini hızlandırmak isteyen Almanya, dinamik ve genç bir nüfus kitlesine ihtiyaç duymuştur. 1961 yılında Türkiye ile Almanya arasında imzalanan İşgücü Alımı Antlaşması nedeniyle binlerce Türk işçisi iş bulmak amacıyla Almanya’nın yolunu tutmuştur. 1960-1965 dönemi Türk sinemasında toplumcu gerçekçilik temelinde sosyal sorunların beyaz perdeye aktarıldığı yıllardır. Nitekim Almanya’ya göç olgusu da 1960’dan itibaren Türk sinemasındaki yerini almıştır. Türk sinemasında Almanya’ya göç konusu “Almanya Acı Vatan”, “Sarı Mercedes”, “40 m2 Almanya”, “Berlin in Berlin”, “Gurbetçi Şaban”, “Duvara Karşı”, “Dönüş” vb. onlarca filmin konusu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada Türk işçilerinin Almanya’ya göç konusunu irdeleyen diğer çalışmalardan farklı olarak Gurbetçi Şaban filmi üzerinden Almanya’da çalışan Türk işçilerinin kayıtdışı istihdamının nedenleri ve çözüm önerileri üzerinde durulacaktır.
The purpose of the research is to analyze the film of “Gurbetçi Şaban” on the basis of unregistered employment which is a symbol name concerning external immigration in Turkish cinema. In the analysis of the film, the Ishikawa’s fishbone diagram was utilized as a method so as to ascertain a problem and to develop some certain solutions. Germany, which aims to enhance the development speed as well as its industrialization in the aftermath of World War II, needed a dynamic and young population mass. Due to the fact that the “Employee Immigration Agreement” signed between Turkey and Germany in 1961, thousands of Turkish employees immigrated to the Germany in order to be employed. 1960s-1965s were the years on which social problems were reflected to the cinema within the framework of social realism in Turkish cinema. The concept of immigration to the Germany has taken its place in the cinema since 1960. This issue has converted into the topics of a great many films such as “Almanya Acı Vatan”, “Sarı Mercedes”, “40 m2 Almanya”, “Berlin in Berlin Gurbetçi Şaban”, “Duvara Karşı”, and so on. In this study, different from the others that grapple with Turkish labors’ immigration to Germany, the causes and solutions of their unregistered employment will be laid an emphasis on the basis of Gurbetçi Şaban.
