In this article, socialist feminism is evaluated historically in the context of patriarchal capitalism. Socialist feminism, which is differentiated from the other movements with its historical analysis, is explained the position of woman from the perspectıve of capitalism critique of Marxist theory and the view of radical feminism to patriarchy. Socialist feminists that handle the both theories in a unified and interconnected context, they see the root of patriarchy as the control of men over the labour of women with the rise of capitalism. Therefore, the theory explained the second position of woman as class basis. Women do not only contribute the production of (with her labour force and her reproductive feature that breeds new labour force) capitalism but also contribute the reproduction (buying commodity for her family member with her femininity role) of it. Explanation of the second position of woman in his process reveals the importance of the article from feminist perspective.
