The purpose of this study was to address the different dimensions of religious life in Turkey. From this point, first, the position of religion in daily life, religiosity, its definition, and its dimensions are examined. Additionally, religiosity measurement studies and theoretical and practical problems encountered in measuring religiosity in Turkey are explored. Second, it is mentioned that developing scales of Islamic religiosity to determine the different forms of religious life in Turkey, and measuring Turkey’s religiosity with the help of these different dimensions in a variety of field studies, the results provided an attempt at creating new typologies about religiosity. In this way, this study providing the possibility of reviewing the religious life in Turkey completely concludes emphasizing new studies examining emergence of new cases in religious life within the framework of social change with a unique methodology which is suitable for the structure of Turkish society.
