This religious rule is based on the news of the former nations in the Quran or in Traditions: Sunna. And then this religious rule is interested in the comments of the scientists of the commentary: tafsır and the scientists of the tradition: Sunna Here! This article deals with the religious laws and rules peculiar to the nations had lived before us in the past that exists in private in the stories of the Quran and in generally all of the Quran. And it holds down a positive or negative decision about the religious laws and rules. It has determinations with moving the depositions of the commentaries of the Quran, the traditions and the law of Islam in this subject.
