Bu çalışmada Ahmed Ziy?üddîn Gümüşh?nevî’nin kısaca hayatını ve eserlerini tanıttık. Onun tefsir metodunu üç başlık altında inceledik. Bu bağlamda önce onun, âyetleri rivâyet tefsiri açısından nasıl ele aldığını ortaya koyduk. O, âyetleri âyetlerle tefsir yoluna gitmiş, aynı zamanda sünneti de Kur’ân’ı açıklamak için kullanmıştır. Âyetleri tefsir ederken az da olsa sahabenin açıklamalarına yer vermiştir. Daha sonra dirâyet tefsiri açısından işâri, fıkhî ve kelamî yorumlara verdiği önemi ele aldık. Son olarak da onun Kur’ân ile ilgili görüşlerine yer verdik.
