Türkiye'de Girişimciliğin Geliştirilmesinde KOSGEB'in Rolü ve Önemi: Uygulamalı Bir Çalışma

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada temel olarak Türkiye’de girişimciliğin geliştirilmesi için hizmet sunan başlıca kuruluşlardan biri olan KOSGEB’in (Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli Sanayi Geliştirme ve Destekleme İdaresi Başkanlığı) faaliyetleri, üç farklı alanda yürütülen görgül bir araştırma ile incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında, 3 farklı soru formu kullanılarak, OSTİM’de yer alan KOBİ’lerin sahipleri, ODTÜ-KOSGEB TEKMER’deki kuluçka merkezinde yer alan firmaların sahipleri ve KOSGEB Genel Girişimcilik Kursu katılımcılarından oluşan 92 kişiye anket uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak KOSGEB’in araştırma kapsamındaki faaliyetlerinde saptanan eksikliklerin giderilmesi halinde Türkiye’de girişimciliğin geliştirilmesindeki etkililiğinin yükseltilebileceği kanaatine varılmıştır.
