The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between unıversıty students’ levels of life quality and happiness. The research group is composed of 439 volunteer students randomly selected at Bartın University School of Physical Education and Sports. It is a descriptive study about the research case. As a data collection tool, the personal information form of candidates, "Whoqol-Bref (TR) Quality of Life Scale" and "Short Form of Oxford Happiness Scale" were applied. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistical techniques; frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation values were obtained. In addition, Correlation test and t-Test were used for statistical techniques. According to findings, 155 of the participants are women, 284 are men. When the quality of life and happiness levels of university students were compared, no significant difference was found p>0,05. In contrast, when the relationship between happiness with quality of life sub-dimensions of research group is examined according to the results of correlation test, in the subscales of physical health [r =,260; p<0,00], general health [r =,327; p <0,00], psychological [r =,315; p<0,00] and environmental [r =,327; p<0,00] a low level of positive relationship; in the social relations subscale  [r =,381; p<0,00] an intermediate level positive meaningful relationship was found. As a result; it was determined that as the level of quality of life of participants increased, happiness level also increased.
