This study aims to offer about how far decent work practices are employed with immigrant workers in the tourism industry different countries. People who involved in the immigration immigrate with the desires like, working in better conditions, having better opportunities, working and living with the same rights with the people living in developed countries. Conditions of employment, social rights, labor rights and chance to be heard with the social dialogue are the main aims of decent work notion was handled for the first-time in the report of International Labour Organization in 87th International Labour Conference (1999). First, “decent work” concept and “the relationship between decent work and international immigration are observed. Next, the study discusses that the reasons of international immigration and decent work’s aims are not seperate concepts. In fact they are closely interrelated. Finally, the study offers clear theoretical and practical implications in the area of decent work for immigrant workers
