So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu kesitsel çalışmanın amaçlarından ilki Türkiye örnekleminde örgütsel adaletin sinizm üzerindeki direk etkisini araştırmaktadır. İkinci amaç ise örgütsel adalet sinizm arasındaki ilişkide kişi örgüt uyumunun aracı rolünü belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda, araştırmanın hipotezleri eğitim sektöründen ( kamu) toplana 285 veri üzerinden test edilmiştir. Sonuçlar göstermiştir ki, örgütsel adalet ve boyutları ile sinizm ve boyutları negatif yönde ilişkilidir. Buna ilave olarak sonuçlar kişi örgüt uyumunun örgütsel adalet-sinizm ilişkisinde aracı rolü olmadığını göstermiştir.
