The purpose of this paper to investigate the impact of human resources practices and trust on organizational performance. Individual and organizational outcomes (performances) are fundamental in the research. Individual outcomes are separated into twoparts which are attitudinal outcomes (job satisfaction and job commitment) and behavioural outcomes (effort and intention to remain with the organization). Organizational outcome is studies as organizational performance. The theoretical studies are studied human resources practices and trust which enhance the organizational performance take place in the first section of this study. In the second section, empirical study is done in a firm in defense industry. Although some of the results of the empirical study do not support some of the theoretical studies, it is found that there are many factors which are related to each other which they are explained in the section of findings. In conclusion, it will be useful if the research is widespread to overall the firm.
