Complexity of the ways of production and structure of products handicaps the efforts to get quality and uniform products largely. Statistics has become the main instrument that is used to solve these problems. As regards a mass production, it has been just possible by using statistical methods to check the quality of the goods and determine the quantity of the good units. Although Quality Control has a long past, the practice of statistical methods in quality control has a short past. In this study, concepts of Quality and Quality Control are discussed and then the most important statistical techniques for Quality Control are analyzed, this techniques are applied on a process to produce toothed wheel.
